Accident Report

( Hello i am writing this letter regarding my accident in the local bus.  This accident happen on Monday morning around 7;30,I took bus from elephant and castle towards haydpark corner station. i went to sit on the back side of the lower bus,and when i sat on the sit i don't know were it came from but there was a piece of metal inside the sit that cuts my back. So i am writing this later to the campany to pay for my expenses on hospitals,and also to check your buss before it puts you to another problem like main. Thank you
